LEEDanalysis.com is a service for all those interested in creating more efficient, green and sustainable buildings. Typically these will include:
Building Owners
Architects
HVAC Engineers/Consultants
Daylighting, Lighting Engineers/Consultants
General Contractors
LEED® Consultants
We offer services that would enable these organizations to:
1. Conduct 'What-if' Analysis for sustainable design and to satisfy LEED® Credits
Analysis can substantially assist the decision-makers to conceptualize and design sustainable buildings. This process can be of help from initial Concept to the subsequent stages like Schematic Design, As-built validation and As-maintained performance check of a building. We do ensure that these analyses remain in sync with the evolving design through the life cycle of a project. We offer a variety of analyses, few of these are required for achieving LEED® Credits, where as the others enable good sustainable design practices.
We work with a variety of different input environments (BIM models, 3D models, 2D drawings, sketches) and provide analyses in the areas of Energy, Daylighting, Lighting, Thermal, Water, Air Flow and Acoustics. Our outputs are aimed in assisting the Integrated Building design process through "what-ifs" on material choices, orientation and design detail options. We are able to "fill the gaps" by acquiring technical specs of products or providing product choices if required from our extensive technical database of thousands of green products.
If required, we are able to use these analyses to directly populate the LEED® documentation for the specific credits.
2. LEED® Certification documentation
Completing LEED® documentation templates is a requirement that needs to be fulfilled for LEED® certification. We provide a cost-effective service for generating these documents and monitoring their status through the various project phases to ensure that these are not only upto-date but the design choices also comply with the LEED® requirements for that credit.
While many organizations today already have personnel who are LEED® Accredited Professionals, the process of creating efficient and sustainable buildings requires these professionals to engage in:
1) Analysis & trade-offs and
2) Formal documentation
LEEDanalysis.com offers these services to support your organization to help cost-effectively design and develop the documentation for sustainable buildings.
Welcome to LEEDanalysis.com. We hope that we can be of assistance to your current projects.
